Isnach’s delivery times usually range between 3 and 10 days in the European Union and 1-3 weeks for international orders. Delivery times are reported in the file for each of the products. Return and refund policy
If you are contracting as a consumer, you may withdraw from the order during the 14 calendar days following receipt of the order, except in those cases in which the legislation itself provides exceptions to the right of withdrawal, such as: Articles manufactured expressly following the instructions of the customer.
In case of exercising your right of withdrawal, you must notify Isnach by sending an email to marketing@isnach.com in order to proceed with the processing. The product must be in its original packaging and not have been used. The return transportation costs are borne by the customer in accordance with the applicable regulations.
In the case of return due to defects or breakage of the products supplied, it must be notified as soon as possible, accompanying images that allow these defects to be assessed. In the case of observing damage at the time of receipt of the order that could be due to transport, photographs must be taken and sent within 24 hours. from the reception to be able to claim the incidence to the transport company.
The order to refund the amount of the returned products will be made once the merchandise has been received and its status has been verified.
